About Janessa
I was born and raised in Nebraska, originally from a small town of 200 people until I went to college Lincoln. After graduating, I had my dream job and a magnificent apartment overlooking the capitol. In the summer of 2016, I realized I was bored and wanted more so within 3 weeks I’d quit that dream job and moved to Breckenridge, CO.
A few years into life in Colorado, I was offered a gig bartending once a week in a hotel. Unfortunately without a proper teacher, I never got the hang of it. The one good thing that came from that job was meeting the love of my life – Machito!

The Best of Both Worlds
Thanks to quarantining for the better part of 2020, I have an ever growing home bar and a new appreciation for Machito’s talents. As a failed bartender, I fully believe that if he can teach me how to make his fabulous concoctions then I can teach you! Together, we can both learn from the pro.
